LEVEL TWO AWARD IN FOOD SAFETY This is a recognised qualification in the catering industry and is a requirement for anyone who handles food in catering, retail, manufacturing and, health and social care. |

The course runs over two days ( 9.15- 1.45) and there will be a short multiple choice examination at the end of the second day.
